Temitope Taibat Kolade
Director
Temitope Taibat Kolade (nee Ayinla) has always had a desire to impact positively on the lives of those whom she comes across during her sojourn on earth; this goal led her to University of Ilorin, Kwara State. There she graduated with a Bachelors' degree in Medicine and Surgery. The skill acquired was used to bring a smile to the faces of patients she met during the time spent practicing clinical medicine. The impact of HIV on the people affected had a huge effect on her view of medical practice and led to an increased desire to have a wider impact.

Dr Kolade joined the Institute of Human Virology Nigeria in 2010, a Non-Governmental Organization dedicated to caring for people infected and affected by HIV with funding from the United States Government through their PEPFAR program. The fund received is used to support free care and treatment to HIV infected and affected people through many facilities across the nation.
While working at the Institute, she also acquired skills in Quality Improvement which helps ensure that patients receive the best possible quality of services at the various health facilities.
